RC Score Calculation

Hey guys, I had a 40% on my RC section Kaplan Diag test, which came out to be a 14.

However, 40% is equivalent to 18 on the RC section according to this website that I used to compare my score/percentage to:
http://www.ada.org/prof/ed/testing/dat/dat_estimate_score.pdf (page 4)

Do you guys know what might cause the discrepancy in the calculation? Is there something that I missed??

The table is messed up. It shows that RC questions goes upto 17, which is not right. 20/50 is 15

Yea the other sections seem fine.
