No, I didn't use that method. I've heard it works well for most people though. I can read really quickly and comprehend pretty well, so I just read through the passages and answered the questions. It definitely saved me some time and helped me out on the tone and inference questions. I didn't think the RC was bad at all, but then again, it's one of my strong points. I ended up making a 28 just reading the passages quickly but carefully and making sure I chose the right answer.
I'd imagine search and destroy would make answering the not-so-obvious questions a little harder.
