RC time

I'm confused as to how much time I have for the RC section. Some sources are saying 50min and others are saying 60min. The new kaplan book (7th) says 50 but the online exam gave me 60

Hey Mari0o how did you think the RC was yesterday? did you use the Search and Destroy method? I take it on monday and that's what I plan on using..

No, I didn't use that method. I've heard it works well for most people though. I can read really quickly and comprehend pretty well, so I just read through the passages and answered the questions. It definitely saved me some time and helped me out on the tone and inference questions. I didn't think the RC was bad at all, but then again, it's one of my strong points. I ended up making a 28 just reading the passages quickly but carefully and making sure I chose the right answer.
I'd imagine search and destroy would make answering the not-so-obvious questions a little harder.

ahhh alrighty! but search and destroy can be used to get me at least an 18 on RC right?

If you get most of your S&D questions correct, then you'll get 18. If you get all of your S&D questions correct plus 2 tone questions, then you'll get 20.
