Hi guys, can someone guide me on how to work on RC. I'm reading the articles from Scientific American, but feel that i'm not retaining the information. Maybe someone has an idea how to work after reading an article/recalling stuff/asking questions/or what you do?

There are a number of approaches you can take, I won't go into all of them, so I'll tell you what worked for me:
I started by reading about half the questions for the passage first. Then I would start reading the article only 1-2 paragraphs at a time, paying attention to anything that jumped out at me based on the questions. I would answer as much as I could. Then I would read another paragraph and continue answering until I finished the passage. Then I would go back and read the remaining questions, and by doing that I now know where to look in the passage for the answers.
It may not work for everyone, but it worked for me and I was happy with my RC score.
It's all about strategy. You don't need to LEARN or memorize what's in the passage. All you need to do is answer the questions correctly, you have enough information floating around in your head at that point and you don't need anything else new that's useless.
Find out what works for you and stick to it. It is very easy to get sidetracked during the exam and abandon your strategy.

I did this, instead of wasting time and going through the questions quickly before you read. I would read the first 1/2 of the passage and highlight and make note mental of where things were in the passages. I then went through the questions and answered until I could not. If i saw a Q that wasn't in my first 1/2 then I would know it was in the next part.
I then read the next 1/4 to 1/3 and did this again. Now at this point you have mapped everything in the passage without reading the last 1/3 to 1/4 of the passage ( you know the content of where things were in the parts you read). Now at this point answer questions and use search and destroy. there will be questions that you think were answered in one part but were not answered in that part. BE PATIENT.

Using this strategy on bootcamp I had about 5 minutes left to review or submit. On the DAT i had about 10 minutes got a 22, and i actually gave myself a massage, submitted with a few minutes left.
