Has anyone had the experience of obtaining an RDA license online and then an externship at a practice? If so, can you describe your experiences - particularly, were you able to get the skills you needed to find a real DA job? In addition, how does one go about looking for or asking for an externship possibility? I am about to start my RDA course this spring break, but the thought of finding a dentist who would be willing to give me an externship seems very daunting...
Thank you!
