Some of my friend told me that, a lot of medical school do not accept re-application. Is it true??...dosen't re-applicant have big disadvantage compare to first time applicant??

Not at all, I applied several times and it worked in my benefit, because med schools saw how SERIOUS I was and that I wasn't going to take a rejection!!! I think it really helps being rejected, ESPECIALLY if you show how you improved and your continued desire to get in. I got in to a few places last year after being rejected for lets see 2 years!!

I know that some schools say that after applying 2 times you cannot apply a 3rd time (one of the UC schools I remember).

Loyola in Chicago restricts third time applicants as well (cannot re-apply a third time w/o permission).

Same with Albert Einstein. UCLA discourages a third app but they will still gladly take your money if you choose to ignore this advice.

In most cases it isn't a disadvantage to be a reapplicant. Particularly if you are reapplying to schools that you didn't apply to the first, second, or third time around. Shows your dedication and willingness to plunge into serious debt for your goals.
