Hey everyone, I'm wondering if it matters to medical schools that you are a reapplicant to amcas or if it only matters if you are a re-applicant to certain schools you previously applied to and you apply to those schools again. Will schools you hadn't applied to previously treat you as a first time applicant or a re-applicant. Thanks.

There was another thread made with this exact same question...rather than waiting for people to respond, I suggest you search for it - the answers were thorough!

Hey PinkIvy, I actually did what you said and searched several times but none of the answers I found really answered my question. I guess I could rephrase it and ask do medical schools you haven't previously applied to know that you are a reapplicant to amcas, and if they do how big of a deal is it. If you or anyone else is able to find this please post the link as I was unable to find the answer I was looking for in my search. Thanks!
