I am applying this cycle and there is a chance I might have to re-apply again next year. I was wondering if schools accept the same Letter of recommendations or do I need to go get entirely new ones?

thank you

If the letters are just a year old, it's fine to reuse them. If you can get some writers to resubmit with a current date next year, that would be nice. If reusing, I'd try to reassure myself in some way that the letter is worth keeping via advisor feedback or by calling schools that reject you, hoping to hear that, "Your LORs were all great."

I may use the same if I need to re-apply, but I also have a committee letter that will be updated.

You can also add another new letter or two if you have not reached the limit of five, which is the limit for most schools.
