Re-publishing article?

I got an email from a very practitioner-focused/not well-indexed but legitimate journal (one I was already familiar with) asking if they could potentially re-publish an article that I published in my subspeciality's flagship journal. I reached out to the editor at the journal where my article was published (the flagship), but just of curiosity, does anyone have any experience with this type of thing?

Depends on the contract/agreement with the original publisher I would think. Sometimes they have language concerning copyright of the article.

I just checked the wording of a journal I've published a few at, it is not clear how this would be handled from the posted guidelines.
