Do you have C+ in both semesters?
It never hurts to retake but if you dont have time or money, just take the upper level bio and do well in them

i dont know what your class schedule is like but med schools like to see you can handle multiple classes so i would take 2 sci's this semesterif you can your choice as to upper level or 101.

I would recommend re-taking it.

I suggest you retake bio as well. If you are interested in applying to DO schools, on the AACOMAS app your new bio grade will completely replace your old bio grade (but the old grade will still show up on your app) and the C+ won't even be figured into your GPA. So, I say it would be a good idea to retake it. On the other hand, if you're applying to allopathic schools, the C+ will be forever calculated into your GPA for AMCAS..no way to "erase" it.
