Currently applying to about 25+ schools this cycle.

Since you've already applied, wait and see how this cycle goes before deciding on a retake. If you don't get any love this year, retake before next cycle if you know you can do better (it's harder for Canadians to get into US schools because you're considered international and so few schools accept internationals, BUT having a higher DAT can only help you!)
