The program at UB is old but this year they changed it totally by increasing the number of seats from 4 to 16-24, by reducing the program length to 2 years from 3 earlier and extending the program to foreign nationals as well. The financial form they mention is a 2-3 page form in which you need to write your source of funding (sponsor details) and attach documentation supporting the same such as copies of bank statements of your sponsor. The amount should be sufficient enough to support the cost of education and living expenses for 1 year. In other words, it should be equal to or greater than the amount they mention in the tuition, fees and other costs incurred during the 1st year of IDP (Junior year).
I think they have not yet revised the webpage completely because the you or anyone cannot show that amount of money in your bank accounts. They should be made aware of that. They are implementing the policy they have for Master's Programs for IDP.
