is there anyone who did well on reading while being a non native speaker

Being an ESL student, my way of handling the RC part is to read the first three paragraphs and the last one, then read the questions and search for the answers in the article. Hope this helps🙂
Ps: it does depend on individuel's reading habbit, so try it out first
