Reading before start of internship....

I'm starting on floors. Should I bother reading? Any recommendations for books, or should I just re-read Blueprints or another review book?

NOVELS!!! You won't have much time for pleasure reading later on...certainly not as much as you have now....believe me, I'm just now finishing up my intern year.

Depending on your program, you'll have plenty of time to learn as you struggle through your first few calls. Upper level residents are generally very receptive to helping out the interns (they're not that far removed). Don't get too worked up about things...nothing during my year was nearly as tough as others had made it out to be.
