Reading Comp and QR

I know that people ask what is the best way to study for the rc in other threads, but I want to compile that information or have people just give their personal opinions on what was the most effective. It seems like RC and QR seem to be the low point of the DAT recently, so I guess anything would really help.

Oh also, is there anything that you suggest for the QR?? Because looking at other peoples results, I am mildly freaking out!!! Is Destroyer not enough?? Do you suggest SAT math??

I scored a 23 on the RC section with just actually reading (goes against the kaplan method) the sections and answering the questions. Kaplan has you jot down key words and then you can quickly find out where those are located if you're asked a question about them. The Kaplan method really works, however at my testing center I was given EXPO markers and laminated scratch paper that really sucked.

Also, I scored a 22 on the QR section by studying through the Kaplan course. I took every practice exam and did all of the practice questions and worked through the entire QR section twice. Might sound like overkill but I wanted to score well.
