This RC section is killing me. Does anyone have any tips/methods on how to excel in this section? I have currently just been reading the articles and answering the questions (sometimes running out of time or marking questions and not having enough to go back and change them), but any tips would be appreciated.

If I was given another chance at DAT prep. I would definitely look into AlbinoPolarBear and LG2DS suggested - Assuming you need 20 minutes for each passage, spend 7-8 minutes to read jot down a few key words for each paragraph and spend the next 12 minutes to answer the questions.

I pretty much S&D my way through for all my practice questions and this was good for 17 on CDR and 20-21 on Topscore. But I gave this strategy a shot a couple days before the test. I improved +2 for both CDR and Topscore.

On the test day, I tried this method and the first passage was way too hard. I read it and took notes on it but the passage was too hard and I spent 26 minutes on this passage.... FML. So I had to change my gear to just pure S&D for the next two passages. I was better off just S&D from the beginning IMHO for the passages that I was given.

Looks like you got some time until your exam. I highly recommend this method. I think it works really well given enough practice.

On and off since June....Im currently going through destroyer and orgo odyssey. Once I finish those its game time.

Are you applying this year? Since June 😱 I can't study for that many months. I probably go crazy.

I planned on applying this year but its WAY too late. I was set with a 20 AA, but with all these ridic. high scores lately, I want to get higher. Im going to go through destroyer at least 2 more times, I dont know about the O-chem odyssey though.

You should be fine with 20AA unless you want to attend UPenn.
