Is the PCAT reading section similar to the reading comprehension from PCAT CliffNotes? I found that the PCAT cliff notes really really extend the answer in a lot of the questions. It seems like they go beyond the scope of the passage!

Cliff Notes PCAT is not really representative of real PCAT. However, it is good to do these practice tests just to see how you are doing on time. If you want to know how the real PCAT is set up, take Harcourt practice tests. I recommend taking both of them since the first one is little bit easier than the second one.
