Let's say you're reading a CT scan. How much better is it when you're asked to look for something in particular rather than just no clinical description?

The reason I ask is because in my experience images without clinical correlations are very low yield in practice, especially when it comes to something thats not glaringly obvious.

Sometimes critical to have the clinical info, often helpful to have it, sometimes makes no difference, and infrequently quite misleading.

often helpful and sometimes critical - that sounds like an overwhelming plus
