Reading methods - Verbal Reasoning

Hi all,

I just wanted to see what everyone's reading method is. Do you read out loud in your head or do you use some other way to read verbal passages?

I'm concerned that I maybe using an inefficient method for reading on verbal reasoning. The only way I've always read things is out loud in my head. Time really kills me on these passages. I know I should practice a lot to help with my timing. But I just wanted to hear what methods you use.

Reading with a voice in your head slows your reading down significantly, but usually the problem is not too much with reading speed as is it is with re-reading or spending too much time on one question.
