TPR verbal is gimmicky and isn't great imo. I recommend the EK method, which they say don't read the questions first. The amount of time spent reading the q's first is a waste of time, because the second you start reading the passages you forget what they said. You are far better off to focus on main idea of the passage, which EK says will help you answer almost every single question. Referring back to the passage will help you w/ the rest, but should be used sparingly. I tried reading the questions before the passage, and very quickly found that every single time I get strapped for time and it doesn't even help.
