I was hoping to answer this question on the now-locked thread before the mod closed it ... no luck. So ....... President Reagan was the last president to frequently dress in suits other than the drab dark blue or black suits with white shirt and power tie exhibited by all his successors. His wardrobe represented almost the entire visible light spectrum. Not many men can pull that off with style; he could. I got to talk with him twice during my pre-anesthesia time in the military and the man was definitely The Man.
