If any of you have insights/stories/experiences/answers on the following, plese do share!

Does permanent resident vs citizen matter? I know nominally it doesn't, but was wondering if any of you knew if that was the actual case. Heard yes and no from unreliable sources... I feel like there could be potential bias given equally qualified candidates.

Do ~2 pass/fail classes matter at all? In random humanities courses of course.

thanks so much in advance!! my advising at school is notoriously useless...!

both permanent and citizen are almost the same thing (and looked the same way) if you check out here:

don't know about the pass/fail for random humanities class but if you passed those classes it shouldn't matter. but then again 1 year of English is required for admission to med school. so to be on the safe side i would recommend you to take writing class or literature class for a grade.
