For anyone who has taken a NBME practice test. At the risk of sounding stupid by possibly asking a dumb question...what is General Principles of Health & Disease? I am just wondering what exactly makes up this category/section? Is this something like smoking is the biggest risk factor for lung cancer? I seriously cannot figure out what this section really is and why it's even on the score sheet. If anyone has a clue...PM or post, thanks.
