I have been right around 230 this week for my UW and NBME assessments... UW 231 slightly higher than NBME 3 which was 227. I have two weeks left and plan to use the Taus study schedule as I have been doing for the last two months or so. What is a realistic score progression for my exam in two weeks, considering where I am at now? My goal was 245 when I started but that seems steep for where I am at now...

Any advice from people who made significant jumps in the last two weeks??

I used about 5 weeks to study so my last 2 weeks included a good amt of info to cover the first time so my score jumped about 10-15 points.

I recommend recovering the basics of pathology (ie the first few chapters in BRS path/RR path), important topics in physiology and also anything you think is high yeild that you dont have a strong grasp on.

In addition to that, I would have 5 days or so of wrap up where you basically review FA.

Hey...did you have enough time to have the last day off? I take the test in 19 days and I'm going through my second run through of FA, and I'm annotating more details from my review books into FA. I'm starting my systems review tomorrow (finishing up micro today) and plan to finish it in 10-11 days, annotating in details from RR Path or BRS phys into it, and having 4-5 days to cram in FA once more. Do you think this is too ambitious?

I agree with the post above. Although the actual exam doesn't usually differ from the NBME exam even with 2 weeks of additional study, I would review important concepts (as mentioned above) and also review topics that are easy to forget: pharmacology, side effects, ID, a bit of anatomy, random lists.
