realistic about matching to combined/integrated program

hi. i'm a med student whose life was completely altered by hurricane katrina (hit during my 2nd year). i ended up not doing as well as i would have liked on my step 1 but i'm taking step 2 early and hopefully should get a 240+. however I have published a couple of articles in Annals and PRS (1st author in Annals) and have spoken @ ASPS, ASRM, Barcelona, etc. I have strong contacts with Dr. Bob Allen (of diep/sgap) and other plastic guys. I'm just curious what are my chances of getting a combined spot?
