I got accepted to the rutgers dental scholars masters program,, but I dont want accumulate more debt in doing a masters. so for my gap year, I was thinking about taking science electives at my school to increase my science gpa.
I already applied to 8 schools this cycle,, but I also applied late (mid august), so idk what my chances are

my stats: GPA 3.28 sGPA 3.0 DAT AA:20 TS:20 PAT:17
what would you advice me to do? the masters program (debt) or the science classes (no debt)

ultimately I wouldn't even use my masters degree because my goal is to get into dental school...

As much as it sucks, buckle down and do the masters program. You need a graduate GPA that will offset the undergrad GPA. I’m sure Rutgers will give you high favorability if you complete the masters anyway.
