Really Confused... need advice badly...

i was not able to pass the step 1. I went into a shell after that. didn't know what to do. and suddenely i found myself not interested in retaking the exam. it been approx. a year that i have given the exam. now i feel like i should do something in medical field, but have no clue what. if any1 went thr' what i have plz advice. is there any other options available for me.
