Hi!
I am so mad at my community college that i go to. Their transcript service is horrible. I ask them to sent my transcript emergency (within 1 day) and it already been 2.5 weeks, they never got updated on AADSAS. Whereas the university i go to, they sending the transcript the next day to AADSAS.
When i called AADSAS, they told me that they never got my cc transcript.
The thing is my cc college (Irvine Valley College and Saddleback college) they just really inefficient. I remember back 2 years ago, they never send the transcript to my university so i have to pick them up in person and send it myself.

What should i do? I am have no faith in their system. However, i cannot just pick up transcript myself as it against the rule of AADSAS.

What do you guys think? Should i patiently wait since i alr
eady e-summit my application like 2 weeks ago??🙁

just go to your cc again and ask them to sent the transcript again and send you a confirmation email.

That's pretty much all you can do. Don't just sit and wait since they might have made an error in the address or just forgot to send your transcript.

I totally sympathize with you! I went to a cc for PSEO (same with my sister) and they never sent my transcript to my high school, and lied about it. I had to ask for them to send it again, and it almost missed the cutoff for HS graduation. ANd then I needed them to sent it to the college I was going to and they sent two copies of my sister's to the college, but none for me (instead of one for each), and when I went to talk to them about it, they got nasty really quick and made me pay for another one.

Then, for the AADSAS, I sent it rush, and it took a month for it to get there! I kept calling them and they kept saying that they sent it, and then my mom went and talked to them, and a couple days later it was there. This was even after the talk I had with them about how they kept messing it up in the past!

I would suggest ordering a transcript with an official seal and send it to AADSAS yourself. I think they accept that (i would call and double check) but that is what they told my mom when she was getting frustrated!

I had the same problem with my cc here in Tidewater. Even when I bugged them repeatedly it still took over 2 weeks for a "3-5" day service. Yet another reason I'm sorry I did cc work. Sorry 'bout your luck. I'd keep after 'em!

If you still live close, drive up to the cc and pick up an official transcript (stamped/signed and sealed) yourself. Slap a stamp on it and be done. I applied through TMDSAS and either picked up my transcripts or had then mailed to me. I then mailed them (certified- to ensure USPS follows through) all together in one envelope. I trust myself a lot more than any registrar.
