Really need important advice

Hello,
I am really in desire of advice. I graduated from UCI with a bio degree, and I had a hard time getting into a Post bacc program. This will be my 2nd time around, and it hasn't been looking so well. So I decided to make my own post bacc and retake one of my premed classes at a local City college. I am retaking Organic chemistry at city college and its been pretty easy, however my grandma just recently got sick and I missed a week worth of lecture and I currently have a B 83% in the class. Im debating on withdrawing from the class or just try my best and get a B+ at least.. but i heard that doesnt look too good for medical schools. What do you guys think i should do?

If you can swing the B+ do that instead of withdraw.

Don't withdraw if you can get a B+. A limited number of W's are best used in the case of C's.
