Really simple QR question

Hi all!

Just got confused on this QR problem from destroyer (not sure why)

$1=7 drachmas, and 5 drachmas= 3 quilos. What is the ratio of dollar to quilos?

So the answer is 21/5. I can see how 1 dollar= 21/5 quilos, but if you do the ratio (fraction) of this, wouldnt you get 5/21?

Im probably just overthinking but better be safe than sorry.

Could someone help me out? Thanks in advance!!

1 $ = 21/5 quilo
You just have to rearrange to get $/quilos and you still get 21/5

You get : $5=21Q. The ratio of $ to Q is 21/5
If you have ab=cd. What is the ratio of a to c? a/c = d/b.
