The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have less than a 50% chance for a MD acceptance. I suggest applying to at least 10 DO schools and you are competitive for all DO schools. For MD consider all these schools:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Albany
New York Medical College
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
Seton Hall
Eastern Virginia
NOVA MD
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Creighton
California University
Loma Linda
Kaiser and Roseman if they open for 2019.
An early application is important so apply in June and submit all your secondaries by July.

Agreed with above poster. Apply broadly for MD, apply selectively for DO (because you're competitive for all unless there are red flags you're missing) and then if you honestly think you can improve your MCAT, then go for it. But only you would know if you're capable of doing that.
