Hey all,
During the past application cycle, I was only able to apply to one school due to some difficulties with PTCAS. For majority of the school I will be applying it will be my first time. Should I still submit the "re-applicant essay" in the application?

you will probably have to write it and it can't hurt anyways - just briefly explain your situation in the essay
