Where is your state of residence and where were your interviews? Are you on the wait list where you interviewed?

Interviewed at Colorado (waitlist) and Arizona at Tuscon(rejected). Home state is Colorado.

You should be fine for DO schools as long as you apply to at least 6. For MD apply to Colorado and consider these schools:
Quinnipiac
New York Medical
Albany
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
GW
Georgetown
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
St. Louis
Creighton
Tulane
Both AZ schools
any new private MD schools that open in 2017 (Roseman, Henricopolis, Seton Hall, etc.)

Thank you for the list! Those are actually the same schools that I've applied to during my first cycle. In addition to the schools you listed, I was also considering:

Albert Einstein
Medical College of Wisconsin
Rush
SUNY Upstate and Buffalo
UIC at Chicago
Louisville
Virginia Commonwealth
Wayne State
West Virginia

That puts me at ~25 MD Schools and will do more research on the DO schools.

Secondly, given my new experiences in my MPH, how do you perceive my chances at these schools?

The MPH should help you. SUNY Upstate and Buffalo, UIC, Louisville, West Virginia and Wayne State are state public schools that accept few OOS applicants with your stats. The others would be worth applying to.

I can remove UIC, West Virginia, Chicago, Wayne State out. My undergrad was in upstate new york so thats why I thought I might have a chance with the SUNY schools. Would that still not be the case?

Yes, if you went to college in upstate NY those 2 SUNY schools are worth applying to.
