Your numbers are just average for CA schools. You're short on clinical experience/volunteering, especially considering a year has past and you only have added about 200 more hours of each combined. At least, this is how the admissions committee will view your application, if they are looking for weaknesses.
You have to ask yourself, what have you really been doing all this time since last year? The admissions committee certainly will have this question in mind, especially Davis. "40 hours more clinical, 30 hours shadowing, 150 hours community service" isn't much, considering a full-time position doing anything for a year amounts to about 1900 hours, and that's just at a standard 40 hours/week. The adcom seems to be turning a blind eye towards the current economic situation and unemployment rates, so they won't really show any sympathy for you, if this is the case (i.e. hard to find a position).
Your 2 years of research looks good, but you're really light on the volunteering/clinical side, and depending on how that plays a factor, you very well may get no attention from CA schools, especially from Davis, a school that more so than others values service activities. UCSD/UCSF/Stanford values research, but if you didn't get attention from them last year, there is not much you've done to tip their opinion in favor of you this year.
Schools like Boston U/NYMC certainly have lower stats, but that makes it even more difficult to get in due to the sheer numbers of applicants they receive, especially if you are unable to show a strong desire to commit to their school.
Places that take a large percentage of OOS applicants like SLU would probably be a better bet. At the moment, your list of schools is way too sparse, especially as a reapplicant. Honestly, I don't think your application is as strong as it could be, and it is a little risky to be applying like this. I think my post might sound a bit harsh, but I am just giving you an accurate picture of your situation instead of sugar-coating things.
