reapplicant question

I am reapplying this year after receiving only one interview from the school I wanted to go to, and I was wondering what else I can do to improve my stats. Last year I applied somewhat late and my stats were 3.38 total GPA and a 3.34 science GPA.

My DAT scores were
PAT - 20
QR - 17
RC - 25
Bio - 17
Gen Chem - 18
OChem - 18
TS - 18
AA- 19

For this cycle my GPA is the same (I graduated), I've started shadowing another dentist to keep busy while applying for jobs, and my new DAT scores are

PAT - 19
QR - 18
RC - 22
Bio - 22
Gen Chem - 21
OChem - 28
TS - 22
AA- 22

Apply broadly and you're in! Apply on-time and you might get into your #1 school. Your GPA is acceptable and your DAT is sick!

You're good to go this time around. Get everything in before August at the latest and you should have several interviews lined up.

Nice DAT improvement 👍 (by the way, how the heck is TS only 22? a 28 in Orgo is basically getting all 30 correct).... I swear the TS grading system is messed up.

Overall, I think your one hell of a competitive applicant this coming cycle.

TS isn't an average of all three sciences. It's the percentile of your overall sciences put together.

Yeh I know.... but if you think in terms of how many you get correct out of the 100 questions. Back in the day I took the test, 89-90 correct is about a 22 TS. But with his exam version, he musta scored better than 90, and yet 22 TS 🙄
 
thanks for all the input... yea i was confused by the TS score to but it was in the 98.3% for my exam so i can't complain
