3.86 GPA, but 501, 503 MCAT. 1500+ shadowing hours and currently working as a scribe and medical assistant. 2 years of research experience and solid LORs. Might be retaking my MCAT for the third time late June/early July.

I'm going for at least a 508 on this try. Is it worth taking it the 3rd time or should I just leave it be? Is a 503 to 508 increase even worth it or would I need to be scoring 510+ to justify me taking it for the third time? I would really prefer to go to an MD school. I'm a female ORM.

Many schools average scores. If your practice scores are consistently over 508 it may be worth retaking. Add a few more DO schools to your list such as CUSOM, VCOM (all 3 schools), ACOM.
For MD you could add these schools:
Seton Hall
Oakland Beaumont
Rosalind Franklin
New York Medical College
Loyola
Creighton
