I will be re-applying. How does the AMCAS work for re-applications. Do we start with another account with a different AAMC ID?

No. You keep the same one. Just use it to log into the next (2007) app when it comes out. I used my 2005 one for this cycle.

For 2007, AMCAS Reapplicant logins will start off by asking whether you want to use the credit card already on file.
