Hello,

Are you considered as reapplicant only to those school that you applied last cycle? or to any other school? How much you have to change your personal statement? For example: I did not apply to quinnipiac last cycle. Can they see my last year's application (i.e my personal statement)?

You are only considered a reapplicant at schools you have previously applied too. So if you didn't apply to a school previously, they cannot access your application
