So what are the hours that you've accumulated during this year? Being complete that late definitely hurt you.

That's a ton of addition to your app. I'm no adcom or advisor but I would feel confident reapplying with that boost. Idk what your overall MCAT is but I would think that <125 may be hurting you a lot. I would think being complete early September was not your big red flag (I was complete early September and it did not seem to hinder me whatsoever)

Everything I listed there w/the volunteering, TA’ing, shadowing and research is what I have done in the past year and was not on my last application

Yeah it's kinda hard to rate your chances without an actual GPA or MCAT (even with a LizzyM) but your app looks fine. Do you feel like you're confident that your writing and LORs were good?
