Yes, you need to do them again.

You could use interfolio to store your lors so they won't be lost if you need to reapply again next year, which hopefully won't be the case.
 
Wow, thats gonna be rough especially since I've already graduated... My LOR's are gone?!?!?!?!?!? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
