Hello!

So far, this cycle isn't looking too promising. I'm on 2 wait lists still, but I think I will have to reapply.
I have over 500 hours, excellent ECs and awards, really good LOCs, GRE in high 150s for each section and 4.5 writing, but a horrible GPA. Overall is 3.2 but pre-req is more like a 3.05 and I have 3 C+s pre-reqs. I've called the schools that denied me, and they said raise the pre-req GPA.

Should I retake those 3 classes and reapply?
Or go into a master's program and have a new higher GPA?

I feel like even if I retake those, my overall GPA won't improve much.

What do you recommend?

Retake your pre-req classes, especially since the school recommended that. It'll raise your GPA for the classes that are more relevant for physical therapy, which is more important than your cumulative GPA anyways. Also, it'll probably be a lot cheaper to retake only those 3 classes.

Retake your classes. That's what I did when I reapplied and I got accepted.

Retake classes plus a few extra here and there just for the extra boost.
