I completed 2 years at an osteopathic school, but due to health issues now corrected, I failed level 1, and was dismissed after a leave of absence. OK, I realize that I'll be harshly criticized by many, but I'm not looking for ethical condemnations now, but realistically can I reapply to other osteopathic problems without disclosing my prior attendance/dismissal? My undergrad gpa is 3.26, with a 4.0 science GPA in the last year, and 32 on the MCAT.

Sorry, but you're out of luck. You have to answer the question in the app form of "Have you matriculated at any other medical schools?"

Very sorry to hear of your woes, but unless you can successfully appeal your dismissal to your school, your medical career is over.
