Reapplying day question

I plan to reapply next cycle but I want to take my dat mid June and then get my committee letter. Do you all think this would be alright. The rest of my app will be done and once I meet with the committee the letter is submitted within 2 weeks.

This is a fine plan, by the end of June everything should be completely squared away with your application, which is plenty early/on-time.
