I'm just looking for a little guidance for possibly reapplying this upcoming cycle. I am currently on 3 waitlist so I am hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst.

Bachelor's in Chemistry/ Math minor
sGPA: ~3.4
cGPA: 3.63
MCAT: 498

EC's:
Patient Care Technician, 1 year, should be close to, if not over 1000 hours
Pharmacy Technician, 1 year, ~600 hours
Volunteered at the hospital for 3 years (same hospital I'm now employed with)
Research in Environmental Engineering for the past 2 summers, no publications
Semester Internship with Coroner's Office

Shadowing experience with 1 MD and 1 DO in family medicine, both of whom wrote LOR. Additional LOR included my department chair, organic chemistry professor, research advisor, math professor, and my supervisor at the hospital.

My 3 interviews were with NYIT-AR, LECOM, and MUCOM, so I was definitely going to reapply to those. I had issues applying to MSUCOM, and their staff wasn't very helpful so I probably won't reapply there.

I have scheduled to retake the MCAT on July 28, assuming no acceptances. I am in the process of arranging shadowing with the hospitalists at my hospital and will be continuing to work as both a pharmacy technician and patient care technician.

Also, I am an Indiana resident.

Once you retake the mcat then you can make your list. Right now that's the only Hang up. Everything else looks pretty good. The generic advice is apply to all the new schools with low stats. I would try to get your mcat to 503-504+ then apply to as many schools as you can.

Unless you have the personality of a tree branch, I would think that the only thing that held you back this cycle is that MCAT score.

I echo that of the above poster, you just need an improved MCAT. Shoot for a balanced 505+. If you fall a point of two short I think you'll be in good shape too though, because you're app. is otherwise solid.

Good luck to you, hopefully you'll get pulled off one of those wait lists.
