I applied last cycle to several programs and got rejected. In the year since I've been rejected I've gotten a higher MCAT score (last one expired, 26, now 28) and a new job. I haven't done any volunteering or taken any classes. Do I still have a chance? Would my application now be considered improved (I mean, its better than my last but will it get me a reconsideration)? I am worried that I should have taken a couple classes / did more volunteering, though I have already over 300 hrs of clinical volunteering and my GPA could use some help but its too late to do anything about it now...

Any advice would help!

I think your MCAT is on the low side, but regardless, it is pretty strange to not be accepted to ANY postbac. May I ask which ones you applied to previously?
