Reapplying: What changes need to be made on application?

I am currently on a waitlist but as it keeps getting closer to June I am now preparing to re-apply. Aside from adding any new accomplishments, could someone please shed some light on what changes I need to make on my application from last year? (Can I keep the same LORs? Personal Statement? etc). Thank you!

I would probably re-write my personal statement to include the new stuff you did. You probably also learned a few things about yourself during the application process that you didn't know when you first applied. That new insight should probably be included as well.

What about the letters of recommendation?

The same LORs should be fine. If you feel someone else could better represent you I would do that and go ahead and ask.
