Received/Application Complete vs. Received/Under Review

Should I be worried that VCU and UL still say "received/application complete" instead of "received/under review"? They haven't changed status since the first decision date (6/22 and 6/30). Should I call and see what's going on or is it more likely they just haven't updated AADSAS?

My application for VCU and UL both say "received/application complete" whereas previously they both said "received/under review". I feel like every school uses the AADSAS portal just a little bit differently. I don't think there is anything to worry about.
