Received secondaries before verification

Today I received two secondary applications but my AMCAS hasn't even been verified yet and it is still 'Ready for Review.' Anybody know how that happened or if that is normal??

I have heard some schools send them whether you're app is processed or not. It's normal.

This is normal. Some schools send out secondaries (e.g. Columbia, GW) once AMCAS tells them that you're applying and this can be before your app is actually verified.

Yes it's normal. I received Dartmouth's before 24th.

I got WashU's this morning and I'm still "ready for review". I was confused too, glad you posted this thread!
