Does anyone have an interview lined up at USC for this month (or Feb, or March)? I called today and they said that they are going to be interviewing later this month and in Feb and March. Anyone have an interview?

I did finally get an interview invite last fri afternoon. I called this morning and scheduled it for Jan 18th. Do you know much about the school? I'm hearing mixed things about the patient pool/ PBL stuff.
Despite mixed feelings. i still plan to go to my USC interview which is also on jan 18th. i guess i'l cya there.

hey uh, eric winterton... just to gives you a heads up, i just looked at your predents profile, and i think you have another interview on that same day. You might wanna change one of them.
How do they notify you? I've heard mixed reviews about the school too, but my fiance has an awesome job writing for a hit HBO show and I would hate for us to have to move out of LA for dental school, so that's why I'm pullin' for USC. UCLA would be AWESOME, but I feel as if it's a super stretch.

Ok about the mixed feelings:
Rumors about low patient pool are incorrect. USC has a large patient pool but he PBL really sucks. A large number of students have a horrible time with it. I could almost say that USC has the highest rate of dissatisfaction among students, something you would imagine NYU students would say which they don't. With Case Western the 30% PBL is bearable but 100% is just too subjective.
But let me just say that if you are a suck-up or verbose dominating person you should opt for this system as opposed to the old school since you'll definitely get a 4.0.
