I have an NJ license and I wanted to reciprocate to NY and PA. If I did that and I made my NJ license in-active in the future, would I lose all of the others?

Technically, yes, you would lose the others, because a reciprocated license depends on maintaining the primary in good standing. That used to not be enforced very hard, but in the days now where NABP uses the centralized database, that's not a good idea. You could retake the exams and get them as license by examination.
